Best Buy Auto Leasing LLC is not a registered new motor vehicle dealer, but is a registered automobile broker business as defined in section four hundred fifteen of the vehicle and traffic law. Automobile broker fees may be imposed for services rendered; details of such compensation shall be provided upon request by the consumer. No warranty repair services will be provided by the automobile broker business. Best Buy Auto Leasing is not affiliated with any dealer, as defined in section four hundred fifteen of the vehicle and traffic law, or with any motor vehicle franchisor, manufacturer, or distributor as defined in section four hundred sixty-two of the vehicle and traffic law.
What a broker is — and isn’t
We are an independent auto broker. We are not a dealer, lender, manufacturer, or their agent. All vehicle sales and lease contracts are originated and completed through licensed dealers and finance sources; we arrange and negotiate the transaction on your behalf.

Fees & deposits
Any broker fee or deposit is disclosed and agreed in writing before payment. Deposit refundability is governed by the written terms of your specific transaction. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Nationwide service
We are New York based and serve clients nationwide, with home delivery and transportation assistance available. We do not operate dealerships outside of our licensed activity as a New York broker.
